SchoolLeader Childcare Management System is offered in five distinct packages. These flexible package plans will help you meet the diverse needs of your Childcare/Preschool/Camp facility without forcing you to purchase more or less than you need. In addition, our prepackaged editions are optionally offered with our very popular subscription plan.

Regardless of the package you choose, your SchoolLeader system is "Network Ready" and capable of suporting multiple workstations on a network**. There are no additional software or licensing fees required. You will receive a generous "Site" license with each purchase which allows you to install the product on an unlimited number of computers to support one location.

In addition, every purchase includes our full featured Startup and Operation training classes at no additional cost. You will receive assistance from a personal trainer who will work with you to understand your unique business needs and then guide you throughout the initial configuration and data entry phases.

FrontDesk Manager is the main component of SchoolLeader and provides all the necessary functions necessary to take control of the day-to-day operations at your school. FrontDesk Manager gives you control of many aspect of your business, including:

Our Accounting Manager add-on package provides you with all the tools for controlling every aspect of your Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. All of these components integrate perfectly with the FrontDesk manager tools to allow easy management of all your one-time, recurring, and attendance based billing. In addition, this package provides you with several additional tools and functions that makes managing multiple local databases a snap. Performing key functions such as Bookclose, Recurring billing, etc. can be run once across multiple databases to save you time!

Prepackaged Editions

If your looking for a complete system to run your single site operation then the Professional Edition is for you! The Professional Edition includes our four most popular packages -- FrontDesk Manager, Accounting Manager, Attendance Manager, and Employee Manager.

With the SchoolLeader Professional Edition you have everything you need to run your operations smoothly without the extra cost of purchasing individual packages.

For those who need to operate and manage multiple schools or locations, this is the plan for you. It includes everything from the Professional Edition plus our Multi-Site Manager package. The Multi-Site package makes SchoolLeader fully "Internet ready" for multi-site access and management.

The Enterprise Edition also provides you with the tools necessary for managing multiple databases simultaneously as well as the capabilities of communicating with our BackOffice Manager™ service -- a separate service that can be used to manage multple schools from one corporate location.

With the SchoolLeader Enterprise Edition you have everything you need to run your large enterprise operation and keep on top of your schools from one central location.

Subscription Services

The SchoolLeader Subscription plans are the perfect choice for those who want to preserve capital or simply are unsure of how a computerized management system is going to help their business grow. By participating in our subscription plan, you will have all of the benefits of SchoolLeader without the high startup costs associated with license purchasing.

After an initial $195 Startup fee, you simply make product payments to keep your subscription active. There are no hidden costs or long term contracts to sign. The startup fee covers all material and shipping costs, startup training, plus your first subscription month -- a $600 value all for $195!

With the subscription plan there's also no need to worry about renewing Support contracts because all ongoing support and software warrrantys are part of the one low monthly fee.

As an added benefit, if you change your mind and decide you want to purchase a SchoolLeader license, we will credit 50% of your accumulated first years fees towards that purchase price!

This subscription provides you with all the software offered in the Professional Edition (described above), plus unlimited software upgrades and Technical Support -- all for one low monthly fee.
