Encapsulates all the information you need to track and manage your student body.
- Manages over 50 different elements of information about each student such as: Birth date, classroom assignment, designated Guardians, emergency contacts, immunizations, allergies, etc.
- Tracks enrollment statistics such as enrollment date, start date, termination date, reason for termination, etc. This provides you with the ability to track your current student body as well as review historical records of those who left your center and WHY they left.
- Tracks enrollment history and keep notes about students learning progress for future review
- Constantly monitors such things as state forms on file, classroom placement, enrollment, and primary guardian assignment and then alerts you if your attention is needed using the front panel "dashboard lights".
- Tracks Outside schools this student also attends, such as a local Elementary school or a special needs school. This information is also used by the reporting facility to produce Bus lists to manage your transportation needs.
- Store an electronic photo of the student along with any notes or comments you need to record for others to see.
- View the student's enrollment in extracurricular activities (such as field trips or an in-house dance class).
- Associate Student Folders to Guardian Folders and assign defining attributes such as their relationship (parent, grandparent, uncle, friend, etc.). This provides you with a flexible way of managing your Student and Guardian relationships and keeping the two as separate entities in your business, rather than as a "family" group. This allows more flexibility because it eliminates the need to ever record a guardian more than once (such as when the parent of one child is also an emergency contact for a friends child who also attends your school.
